Terinex was established in 1988 as a joint Anglo Thai Company with Terinex UK, a major converter of Aluminium Foil, PVC Cling Film, and Polyester Oven Bag. PVC Cling Film and Aluminium Foil were the first two products from Terinex Siam for the hotel and restaurant trade in Thailand.

By acquiring an automatic foil rewinder in 1990, the production of Aluminium Foil was expanded along with new machines for paper napkin and cake case. The factory was also relocated to Samutprakarn province to support expansion.

The production capacity for Paper Napkin and Aluminium Foil was again increased in 1994. New Cooking Paper rewinders and Drink Coaster machines were purchased to increase product variety. The expansion in fast food trade was the major channel which lead to 125% sales growth while 20% of the growth was accounted from oversea market expansion.

Terinex Siam’s business continued to grow despite Thailand economic crisis in 1998, with 75% growth. Export, in particular, grew by 360% and is accounted for 31% of total revenue.

Terinex Siam achieved a significant milestone with the revenue of $10,000,000 for the first time in 2000 with around 100 employees. 25% of revenue came from export market, mainly Southeast Asia and Asia-Pacific countries.

Another relocation took place in 2013 to the present premise inside Chongsiri Parkland where the area is twice larger than the previous factory to support rapid sales growth.

In 2016, under a joint-venture establishment, Terinex Siam cooperated with Duni Group, the global leading manufacturer and converter of premium table top and food service solutions. With this important step and cooperation, Duni sales office worldwide can better serve oversea customer closely and with both Terinex’s current products and Duni’s premium products. On the other hand, Terinex also carries wider product range in premium category to serve special need of domestic market.
